Helpful to know when to use the ice packet!

I substituted for the Health Clerk at Chance's school today.   Job Qualifications: Employed with the school district and the instincts of a Mom.  That is essentially it... you can make no diagnoses and use no neosporin.  I would tell you all about it--but confidentiality rules.  But I will say---"Here let me get you a bag of ice for that" works pretty well for most things.
