Mackenzie means "child of a wise leader"
Mackenzie is my oldest niece, she is the daughter of my brother Nielson and his wife Kristen. And the daughter of Shannon and her husband. I remember when Mackenzie was born, I was so excited to have a cousin for Jordan. I always remember them getting along and having a great time. I try to spend some extended time with my parents once and awhile. In the past years it has been when Jordan is unable to come due to scout camp. When I see Mackenzie I wish that I brought Jordan along. They have not seen each other for 4 or 5 years!
Mackenzie has beautiful red hair and these cute cheeks. She turned 14 on Sept 6. She is very sweet and is a big sister to 6 siblings.

Mackenzie and Jaidyn. During this boat outing I found out that Mackenzie is a great wake boarder. And I tried wake boarding-- so I was very impressed in her skills!
